Blades & Rosenfeld, P.A.'s focus has been to provide clients with superior legal representation, accessibility, prompt and efficient service and responsiveness. Blades & Rosenfeld, P.A. has evolved into a full service firm with a general civil practice that includes all varieties of civil and commercial litigation, business formation, corporate law, estate planning, real estate, probate, trust, and taxation law for its regional clients.

Over the years, Blades & Rosenfeld, P.A. has deliberately followed a policy of slow growth and quality service. The firm presently consists of eight principals, three associate attorneys, a law clerk, one paralegal, two trust clerks, an office administrator, and nine staff personnel all of whom are dedicated to serving the firm's clients. The firm has very loyal employees, with a remarkably low turnover rate. The members of the firm are continuously involved in community service activities, which range from Bar Association activities to charitable organizations, religious organizations, educational institutions and other civic organizations, and include many leadership roles. The firm celebrated its 85th anniversary in 2006.
