Charles J. Siegel, Member

Chuck was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1961. He graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law, with Honors, in 1986. He received a BA degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1983.

Chuck's areas of specialty include business law, forming companies and partnerships, representing parties to business transactions, loan and financing transactions, and purchases and sales of real estate. He is also involved in wills, trusts and estate planning for his clients.

His clients include closely-held companies, professional practices, tax-exempt organizations, charitable foundations and individuals and families with business interests. His clients range in size from small companies and proprietorships to regional and national businesses.

Chuck is active in various charitable and community organizations and currently lives in Columbia, Maryland.
