David L. Jacobson, Member

David was born in Baltimore, Maryland on February 3, 1958 and was admitted to the Maryland and Federal Bars in 1982. He earned a B.A. in Political Science, with Honors from Johns Hopkins University in 1980 and graduated from Columbia University School of Law in 1981, after completing both college and law school in a total of 5 years.

David has been with Blades & Rosenfeld, P.A. since 1983 and is the Member-In-Charge of litigation. His practice focuses on business litigation involving all aspects of contracts and tort liabilities, as well as the duties of principals in business organizations. He is also active in construction and employment-related matters. He has litigated in the trial and appellate courts of Maryland, as well as federal courts in the District of Columbia and a number of states.

David is a member of the Baltimore City, Maryland and American Bar Associations. He has been involved with the Bar Association of Baltimore City first with the Judicial Administration Committee and most recently with the Judicial Selections Committee. In the community, David has been active with The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore and several of its constituent agencies, and is currently on the Executive Board of Hillel of Greater Baltimore. He has also served on the Board of Directors of his community association.
